Soon after the real estate crash in 2008, Melanie found her way into real estate by renting apartments in Boston and quickly fell in love with the business. With a background in hospitality, Melanie brought her deep understanding of customer service into real estate, knowing that going above and beyond would set her apart. Her dedication and client-focused approach led to over 50 transactions annually, with career sales surpassing $400 million. As the business continued to expand, she began building the Fleet Homes team and eventually branched into construction and development.

Melanie lives in Newton with her family, and her toddler mom life keeps her busy alongside real estate. She loves getting in a good run while listening to self-improvement podcasts, reading fun fiction at night to relax, and weekend day trips to visit her family in the suburbs where she grew up. Melanie believes her greater purpose is to inspire others, proving that life after trauma is possible— we each have our own stories and struggles, and we all deserve to thrive. She enjoys being a part of her community and supports many charities, but promoting women’s heart health and breast cancer awareness are causes especially close to her heart.

Ultimately, Melanie’s favorite part of real estate is the relationships—connecting with others, helping her clients, and getting to be a part of their story.
